Important clinical note
At-home self-collection is not permitted for legal testing. All tested parties must present the required identification and complete witnessed collection at 330 W Oak St in Kissimmee or with an approved mobile collector at their location. Results sometimes arrive sooner, but turnaround is not guaranteed and may take longer because laboratory processing is outside Fortivelle’s direct control.
