This test uses office blood draw. Follow the collection and preparation instructions provided with your order.
Office collection is available at Vitalis Wellness Center, 330 W Oak St, Kissimmee, FL 34741. Eligible mobile collection in Orange and Osceola counties adds $50; a compatible outside collection provider may charge separately.
Can I discuss my results?
Patients who purchase tests through Fortivelle may request a complimentary in-person results review at Vitalis Wellness Center by appointment. New testing, treatment, prescriptions and primary-care visits may involve separate fees.
